Both the auto loader and tape drive are detected in both Windows 2k3 OS and the Backup exec software, how ever Backup exec tells me there is only 20 slots there when it should be 38 slots and I have 10 tapes with bar codes spread around in the library and it won't decet any tapes at all, I have ran more than one inventory with no change.
